The leadership of Aba Landlords Protection and Development Association, ALPADA has distanced themselves from a news report making round in the social and other media that they have passed vote of no confidence on the People’s Democratic party, PDP led Government in Abia state, describing the report as belated and capable of soiling the relationship between them and Government. In a statement they made available to newsmen in Umuahia, the leadership led by their president General, Chief Alphonsus E. Udeigbo, explained that the issue that brought about that statement has since been resolved between them and the Executive Governor of Abia state, Dr Okezie Chibuikem Ikpeazu. They explained further that the resolution was to their satisfaction and has restored every confidence they have with the government. They promised to always remember the good works of the Governor on the areas of security, infrastructural development and peace in the state. “We will remember the things you have done in Aba including the security, peace and infrastructural development of the state, the association promised.
