Sir Kenneth Maduakolam Adighibe, the Chief Executive Officer, CEO of Ijere Foundation and the All Progressive Congress, APC, Umuahia Central House of Assembly Candidate has said that it is only the leadership of High Chief Ikechi Emenike, has the capacity to restructure and place Abia state at the number one position in the country.

In a recent welcome address he read at the premises of his Foundation in Okwulaga Afaraukwu, during APC stakeholders meeting, Sir Adighibe described Emenike as a teacher, Lecturer, CEO of many Multi-national companies , a journalist per-excellence and an accomplished publisher, stating that it is only a man with such qualities that can steer the ship of the state aright.
He described Emenike as the anointed Governor in waiting, as well as one who had acquired knowledge and experience in understanding others and how to relate with them in every situation that arises .
“As the immediate past Chairman of the Governing Council of University of Nigeria, Nsukka, a leader with self-discipline attribute, and a man who believes that leadership is not just about getting the job done, but also about developing others and getting the job done through them, he remains the only Governor that can turn the fortunes of Abians for good”, Adighibe said.

According to him, Emenike is an Apostle of good leadership, one who has empowered several of his followers in the south east as well as dished out several other Federal appointments to Abia indigenes all over the country.
“He single-handedly employed over 80 people to paramilitary agencies and over 180 students are under his scholarship scheme across Abia state”, Adighibe recalled emphatically during the meeting.
He said that the people of Umuahia Central Constituency in particular and Abians in general were honoured to welcome “this illustrious son of Umuahia, an amazing politician in Abia, a bridge builder among politicians, visionary leader, an economist and a silent achiever who defends peoples human rights at every given opportunity .-
He disclosed to Emenike that the geographical location of Umuahia Central constituency, with the capital city disposition, has brought more agony than praise, decrying that past governments have created more problems than solutions, but expressed confidence that all will become history in 2023 when he ascends the throne as the governor of the state.
He reminded him that past administrations ignored the two major industries in the city, the Golden Guinea and Ceramics industries, which would have been effective sources of revenue generation and job creation for the teaming youths of the state.
He promised that his Ijere Foundation, whose motto is to put smiles on the faces of the needy shares the same ideology with the visions of Emenike, and that they will leave no stone un-turned to ensure that the people of his constituency give Emenike overwhelming support to garner in victory come 2023.
“No one can trace the decay and rot of Abia state to Ikechi Emenike because he never got involved in the dirty deals that is grounding the state nor allow those who did to get close to him,” Adighibe said END
