A yet to be identified man, who has been killing and dumping his victims corpses into a 20 feet soak away have been arrested by the police in this Avenue, in porthacourt, River state capital.
The arrest was made possible when the wife of one of his victims alerted the police about her husband’s failure to return home after a business trip to the Killers country home.
The killer, said to be a trader in one of the markets is alleged to be in the habit of inviting his customers to his house for payment each time he bought goods from them.
When they arrived his house that is well fenced and secured, he would kill them and dump their corpses into a 20 feet soakaway inside his compound.
A report said that he had allegedly been doing this since 2016 and making a lot of money from the business.
A newspapers account stated that over 20 corpses were found in his 20-feet deep soakaway pit.
He was said to have met his waterloo when an Aba based trader traveled to Port Harcourt to collect his money for a business transaction, but fortunately dropped the address and phone number of the man he was visiting in Port Harcourt with his wife.
When the wife waited for two days without any sign of her husband’s return, she alerted the police who investigated, tracked the man down and arrested him.
On further finding, it was discovered that he was killing and dumping corpses into his 20 feet deep soakaway. END
