The Abia State Chapter of Tinubu Independence Progressive Movement, TIPM said that it has put machinery in place to ensure that the Presidential Candidate of All Progressive Congress, APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the party’s Governorship Candidate in the state, High Chief Ikechi Emenike, and other candidates of the party , ranging from Senatorial to State House of Assembly emerges victorious in 2023 General elections.The group reasoned that of all the presidential Candidates in the contest, Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the man to beat, which is the reason why they have resolved to work hard and ensure that he wins the presidential seat in 2023.This disclosure was made after the meeting of the Movement held in Umuahia, Abia state capital.The Movement agreed that all the party candidates, from the Federal t he state are good products that does not need efforts to market, because they have what it takes to lead their people aright in their various zones.Speaking during the meeting, the State Director of the Movement, Hon. Igwe Isaac Newton said that the Movement is in the 36 states of the Federation, explaining that those selected in Abia are core APC supporters who will work to ensure victory for the party at all levels.“The purpose of setting up this movement is for the 2023 General Election, and it is necessary for all of us to work under it, because if we refuse to work under this organization as core supporters, we are still the people that will do the work directly or indirectly. We cannot afford to support any other party to win because winning at all levels from the Federal to the state gives us advantage of being part of the government both at the Federal and the state. He called on Candidate to give the Movement the needed support for them to Cruz to victory at the polls.“Our major duty is to mobilize people at the grass root since politics is about grass root, and once we win the grass root, the rest of the job is to walk over and Cruz to victory.It is to the advantage of our candidates that we capture the people in villages because they are the ones that have the votes we need to win”. He urged members not to be disturbed by the waves they have been hearing in the media, stating that they are nothing but the usual noise that is made by empty vessels.“Victory is not about purchasing justice from the Courts to divert attention, I want you to understand that what is going on outside this structure is distraction, but we have gone beyond that and should not be shaken by all the waves making the rounds in the state.“There are thousands of reasons why someone should work for Tinubu and pitch tent with High Chief Ikechi Emenike in the state and other contestants because they are highly principled persons.“All other things you are looking at are shadows, so we should be focused and do our bit because Emenike is someone who has integrity, no matter the eye service people are doing, he knows the grain from the corn.
